Delivery and payment

Our terms of delivery are based on Incoterms 2020, ICC.

Delivery time: depends on material and quantity. Production after receipt of payment. Exact dispatch date will be given after receipt of payment.

If material is intended for transportation abroad by a freight forwarder commissioned by the customer, cds provides the following documents: technical data sheets, safety data sheets, delivery note / packing list and export application (for which we charge 65,00 €). Import customs clearance by the customer.

Any other tasks, such as checking import restrictions as well as acquisition of import licenses, if required, is the responsibility of the customer.          

Our general conditions of payment in advance or, if prefered for orders > 25.000 €, confirmed and irrevocable L/C. Fees for the LC will be charged to the customer.

Taxfree as intra-community delivery only under the prerequisite of valid VAT Identity No. and stamped and signed confirmation of arrival provided by the customer. Without confirmation of arrival VAT will be charged.
